  • Will I have house chores?

    Yes, guests are assigned chores weekly.

  • Will I have my own caseworker?

    Yes, each guest is assigned a caseworker to aid in support during their stay.

     

  • Will I have a roommate?

    No, due to Covid 19 safety procedures we are keeping all guests in individual rooms with the exception of children being housed with their parent/guardian.

  • Do you provide meals

    Yes, we provide 3 meals a day.  We also will pack your lunch or supper if you are not in the building due to being at work.

  • Do you provide transportation?

    Yes, we provide bus tickets to and from work & medical appointments.

  • Will you help me find a job?

    Yes, we will assist you in the job prep area should you need assistance with online applications.  We also have a list of employers to refer you to.

  • Is there curfew?

    Yes, there is curfew.  Single adults curfew through the week is 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. on weekends.  Family curfew is 8 p.m. on weekdays during school and 10 p.m. on weekends.  In the summer, it is 9 p.m. for families.

  • Can I cook in the kitchen?

    No, cooking must be done by staff or volunteers.

  • What do I need to bring to live at the shelter?

    Only your clothing and prescription medications

  • Do I need to do my laundry before admissions?

    No, all laundry must go through our laundry once you are admitted.
